BP Budget Rooms

This place is absolutely fantastic! One of the cheapest places on the island but also has 3 very nice sized rooms with a communal area with a kettle and sink. Couldn't ask for more and the owners are really nice and helpful. They sorted a rental bike for me within half hour of arrival!

Nice and cheap room. Good location not too far from the beach. Nice owner too, willing to help and provide transfer to the port. If you travel on a budget this is the place.

HANK and NOOK are exceptional hosts!!!! best deal on the island. i shall return.

what is there not to like.

The rooms are very comfortable, as well as spaceous common area. There are only 3 rooms, so its never busy to share the toilets and the shower. Hank, the owner and his girlfriend are amaizing people. They will help you with anything you need. 😀There are nice beaches and restaurants in the walking distance, but Koh Mak is a perfect place to go around with a bicikle or a scooter. The roads are flat and never busy. I enjoyed driving around and having the pleassure to see some most beautiful beaches ever. Thx to Hank, his good heart, and his fair priced rooms. I wished i had booked for longer. For shure i will be back. By the next season they will have also a small restaurant on the property and a massage place. I am looking forward to come back.

I liked everything!!!! The room with a fan gets a bit hot in the day time, but gets chilled in the night, so its not a big problem at all.I had really good sleep there. But you can also book yourself an aircon room (Hank has one for 100thb more per day)

The location is perfect, near to a few good local restaurants and a short walk from quiet parts of the beach. The owner Henk is a very nice guy, always helpful with everything you might need. This is a very affordable place with true, nice people :) the room is spacious, and there's a rack for clothes & a desk.

Only thing: the light in our room was very dim, so after sunset you cannot do anything that requiers light. If that's not a problem for you, that's not a downside :)

Bit far from main parts of island, no air con, didn't realise there was WiFi until day I was leaving! No water provided but refill station very near.

Best place in Koh Mak to save money. The room is good, clean and comfy. It's quiet. The owner Hank is nice and helpful of you need. Thank you and wish you the best. Valentin et Lola
