Everything. Too many amazing things I have to use bullet points. -location right beside the night bazaar 12 minutes walking. across is an amazing Thai resuraurant. 100 meters to convenient store. romantic river and bridge next to hotel. -provided us with laundry machines + detergent which saved us money and time. -pedal/push bikes provided for free to bike around Chiang Mai. -unlimited bottled water provided by the host, also dropped off little snacks and fruits every so often. brought us cold coconuts, sticky rice, mangoes, mandarins, bananas, dragon fruit. -room was extremely large. had 2 air conditions, sink, dishes cutlery and microwave. balcony if you smoke. TV. couch, table and chairs. Our room could sleep 5-6 people. -hostess was extremely nice and sweet. when we had a small issue she came help us within minutes. Let us check in to room early and greeted us upon arrival to show us the room. thanks for the wonderful housing auntie!!

wanted to stay here longer but our trip ended.

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel due to limited reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance. The experience turned out to be fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing complimentary water bottles. During my stay, the hotel was mostly empty, giving me the opportunity to have the entire space to myself. What I particularly liked was the fully equipped kitchen available for guest use, which is a rare thing to find in Chiang Mai. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
