We booked a twin room and pushed the beds together which made a really nice big bed. The aircon was good.

The staff were impossible to contact. Took literal hours for the staff to turn up to the property to actually check us in (had to try communicate with the cleaner who had no English) then gave us a room that lacked towels, toilet roll and any shampoo/shower gel etc which it had claimed they provided. Despite prepaying for the room via booking.com, the staff still insisted that we pay extra as the room is normally a different amount, we refused and they let us have it at the price we paid online.

Near to the airport

Be careful because a guest stole the mobile phone for 2 hours. The staff is horrible, not friendly, they don't help you and tell lies. Better not go. The problem was in Sleepcase, same owner. A bad owner, they couldn't cancellation for free.
