Aircon, fridge working well TV half and a half

Arrived waited 1 hour until a girl resident called the owner I got key but no wi fi, the place too far from beach, bed sleeping on a chip board so I left one day early costly stay

The lady who is taking care of the place was friendly. Although she doesn't speak much English, she managed to explain everything important. Also, the location is within walking distance to the beach, the night market etc, there's also a 7-11 close by. Most of the time, the location was very quiet. Aircon and fridge were working find, water pressure is surprisingly strong. The doors are locked at night and it's only possible to get in with a key card.

The bed is so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room wasn't really clean. Although the floor was okay, the walls - especially in the bathroom - the doors and the furniture could use a deep clean and/or some paint. The last night, there was a constant banging noise coming from somewhere in the building, but I couldn't figure out what it was. However, it was hard to get some sleep. Overall, it was a cheap option with aircon and fridge. Not sure if I would stay again. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness is sad, because otherwise this place could be really nice.

Budget friendly room with fully functioning AC. Helpful staff. Free bottle of water each day and access to a fridge.

The place was clean, but the bathroom had a weird smell to it, which wasn't very pleasant.

The bed was rock hard. Don't mean to be dramatic but it was like lying on the floor. I am not fussy and.i have stayed on some dodgy places in ny time but it ruined my time here. Kept waking up with pain in my neck, back or hips. Was sore all day and I never suffer with anything like this. The bed is not functional. It's not even level. If you knock the mattress it sounds like knocking a door. Don't expect a sleep in here as cockerels outside crowing at first light. One minute walk down a empty street from the main road. A bit scary at night for a solo female.

Owner is lovely, friendly and helpful. This is a cheap budget place, and for the price it's good. Large room. Good location. Good shower and bathroom. Big fridge. Good Aircon.

Like the other reviews say, the bed really is terrible. It's VERY hard. There walls are dirty in some places and there are some insects in the room. Would rather have a proper blanket/duvet.
