Prachan Hostel

Very close to the port and convenience stores. Staff helped me to book a good value for money transfer. Really attentive staff for everything I needed. Highly recommended for down town accommodations.

I missed my ferry so I had to stay another night in Koh Phangan. It's a 5 minute walk from the terminal and has lots of markets nearby. The staff were really friendly and gave me lots of good recommendations for places to visit. I recommend the spirit house gallery, I stayed there for nearly 3 hours drawing and painting and had to make a small donation.

Blankets are tiny

J’ai réservé pour une seule nuit. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Il y a plusieurs douches disponibles, des lockers pour sécuriser ses affaires, et le dortoir est resté plutôt calme malgré sa petite taille. Très pratique pour un court séjour.

Le dortoir est un peu petit, mais pour une nuit cela reste tout à fait suffisant. Le bruit de la rue m’a légèrement dérangé au début, mais avec des boules Quies je n’ai finalement eu aucun problème pour dormir.

Very nice and welcoming staff! They accepted to keep our luggage one night before our arrival for a small fee (100 baht per luggage) as we didn't have a room for the night of the Full Moon Party. Gave us plenty of usefull tips. The place was very clean, with hot shower and good pressure. Each person also get a dedicaywd locker to store valuable. AC worked well in the dorm, bed was comfortable enough.

Our 4 people dorm was very small, which wasn't really an issue for us as we were a group of 3 people travelling together, but I wouldn't be comfortable sharing it with strangers (only 1 or 2 people could stand at the same time in between the bed) The other bigger dorms seem to have way more space.
