its nice & cozy

the hotel didn't have iron, before book the hotel I've asked them if they have iron or not they said they have it, and I also asked if I can add extra bed or not, they said can. but on the day we check in, the staff said they dont have extra bed. and also no elevator to the third floor. its very tiring...
