comfortable, nice rooms, very easy check in, walkable to small bus stop (not the large one), new water and coffee each day, tasty (but small) breakfast

a little loud outside although in a location with limited food options, breakfast was a little small.

The host was nice, speaks English and is very helpful. It's away from the highway so you don't hear any traffic. There were mosquito nets in the windows (but there was no glass in them). Balcony was nice for drying clothes.

The bed mattress was very hard, it almost felt like sleeping on the floor. There's a roof just below the balcony which serves as a home for a large family of pigeons who make loud noises.
