位置、地段很方便，附近有很多停車場，並有提供免費提車，員工服務親切，整體很乾淨。

由於需要晚間11:30左右才能抵達南投，因此當初選這裡是因為可以12點前可以辦理入住。有提前告知抵達時間，後續聯繫需要加LINE才能確認訂房，不能直接透過Booking.com中的訊息聯繫。當天告知為自助入住，住宿費用需要當日下午用匯款或填寫一張的刷卡授權書，無法直接在Booking.com或官網直接刷卡，流程上很不方便。入住15號F的房源，與櫃檯分散在不同棟，房間在5樓，需要爬樓梯。房間內沒有提供拖鞋，浴缸實際上比照片小。最令人意外的是廁所門和淋浴間的門都是透明的，覺得至少貼個透明馬賽克之類的，不然上廁所、洗澡時另一個人可以透過鏡子反射看到，就算是夫妻一起住，還是會令人不自在。 - 我在打評論的時候發現很多人都指出廁所、浴室門是透明的部分，最早可以回朔到2023年6月20日，業者回覆會改進，可三年來陸陸續續都有人在反映此事，因此原本評比想給7分，在此改為2分，真心希望業者真的會願意調整。
