Hostel Alley Inn -桃園民宿075

Very comfortable. I had the private room. It could not be any cleaner if I cleaned it my self. Yes the bed is pushed up against the wall, but since everything was so clean and comfortable this did not bother me. There is a washing machine and and clothes spinner for drying PLUS a place to hang laundry to dry on the roof. Really important for long travelers. I probably would have felt ok in the dorm rooms also. Everything is so quiet and I slept so well.

There was no bum gun in the toilet, which is surprising given how well thought out everything else was.

Hostel Alley Inn was great! Staff is super helpful and friendly! Can only highly recommend the place!!

Friendly hosts, clean facilities, beautiful decor

Lovely hostel with friendly staff. Very comfy bed. Secure place to put our bike. Kitchen for making food. Clean bathrooms. Close to Daxi night market.

Spacious common area with fully equipped kitchen and staff who also stays in the hostel and keeps it in good order. Big enough dorm room. Clean and modern bathroom.

The member of staff had a certain attitude before checkout. Already half an hour before checkout time, I was snarled at to clean the kitchen (which was basically clean) and I felt the lady was checking her watch so as to indicate how strict the time would taken. Curiously, there is a note on the table that you need to pay for even using the common room after check-out (did not feel like paying for that pleasure). To put it in context: This is a small town hostel that seems virtually empty with maybe only one other guest staying when were there. If the management had bad experiences before, they let you feel that.

Nice location, exceedingly clean, other patrons were virtually silent.

As a solo female traveller, I would have preferred the option to be in a female dorm.
