床墊較軟，而且易滑動，建議可以放止滑薄墊。枕頭偏軟無支撐性。

可能是旅遊淡季，只開放一個樓層給旅客居住，但是同樓層幾乎都是長期居住的外籍勞工，又加上男女混合，居然隔天早上有發現隔壁房間的人居然和前一晚的人是不同的，住起來有些不安全感，如果可以把短住的客人和長住的客人分開在不同樓層，可能會吸引我再次去居住

Really comfortable room, with good AC. Nice and quiet environment despite being pod style beds. Loved the rooftop and communal areas - coffee available free of charge. Helpful staff.

Owl Hostel was an okay to good stay overall, mainly because of its excellent location and affordable price. It is right in the shopping district at Sun Moon Lake, so it was very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The rooftop was also very nice, and the common areas looked good. However, the hostel was always very crowded, which made it hard to really enjoy the shared spaces. The kitchenette was available, but it was often too full of people to use comfortably. There was also no breakfast option, and the water dispenser was not working during my stay. The capsule itself was enough for sleeping, but I personally found it a bit uncomfortable. At this point, capsule hostels are not really my kind of accommodation anymore. The bathrooms were okay, but they seemed to be serving too many guests from three wings of capsules. Because of that, they were a bit dirty at times, with wet floors and hair around the sinks and showers. That said, the Japanese-style smart toilets were a nice touch, and the shower water pressure and temperature were both good. Overall, it is a decent budget option in a very convenient location, but I probably would not return unless I had very limited choices in the area.
