Clean, comfortable place. Helpful staff. Basic useful things provided in the bathroom. Nice, thoughtful design touches here and there. It has plenty of space outside the dorm: lounge area, terrace, kitchen and common area downstairs. Very close to the bus stop, and out of the busy-noisy area.

There should be clear rules for not slamming the doors. Some people simply don't care about others. My phone was almost dead in the morning, because of the electricity system (lights turn on/off by inserting/taking out the room card). A bit too pricey for a hostel, even if it is a capsule.
