The location is good because it is close to other tourist spot. View is beautiful and there is nice bar next door (SEA DAZE and more) The surroundings are clean so if you are looking for a place to just sleep, this is the place.

The staff is not that approachable. I requested for early check in and they approved it but when we arrived they didn't let us check in. We were even told that we could find another place if we didn't want it (like WTH?) No toiletries so please bring your own. Pantry not available and the water dispenser is broken!

If you want to relax and sea the overview of the island you stay there it’s so relaxing

The pool is not for the guest this is belong to the KANAPA bar but the pictures so hype they also mention it to the description of the hotel but i didn’t believe that is literally no towel toothbrush coffee, cup and even the dispenser is broken

The location and the bed were okay. They are transparent about the very high noise levels: the bar on the property (Kanapa Liuqiu Club) is open from 18:30-01:00 and plays very loud music that effortlessly travels through the paper thin walls of your room. Bring earplugs!!! The water pressure of the communal shower blocks is good and each cubicle has a toilet and a shower with body soap and shampoo.

On pictures, this looks like a fantastic place to stay. In reality, there is a pool that may only be used by guests after 18:30 when the bar on site opens and you purchase a drink. There is a view of the ocean but you cannot walk down to the beach and go for a swim. There is an unmanned reception/container so we had trouble checking in since we couldn't find any staff.
