CHGreat place in beautiful Jinja. There is nothing to complain, as it is a place madeup by an engagging team. Everything is made with love and engagement, that’s the way to instantly feel home. They organize activities on they’re own or with trustfull third-parties.
INThe property is beautiful
The window and door latches of the room I was staying in didn’t work. There is no fan so it gets really hot in the room. The bathroom had so much lizard poo and the room had it too. The breakfast is between 8-10 am but the staff is so slow that it takes them over 20 mins to make pancakes. When I checked In, I asked if the breakfast is available and I was told it is. I ordered it at 9:35 and the pancakes did not come till 10:05 and I had to leave without eating. Next day when I was checking out I was charged for the pancakes and when I requested Pamela the cashier if she adjust it against the included breakfast as I was not having it that day. I was told it’s not possible. I do not know why these people were so unfriendly and the cashier didn’t write my name instead wrote INDIAN in her final calculations.
USUGThe breakfast was good.
We were required to remove our shoes before entering the accommodation and yet the floor was dusty and felt sticky.
