INStaff was exceptional. The food was great.
The dorm had thin walls, and you could hear people talking around you all day long. Also the opening and closing of washroom doors added to this.
CAIt’s a beautiful, peaceful property with good facilities, good food and friendly staff. The mosquito net covered the whole bed and there was a fan and we had hot water with good pressure. I appreciated James’ coffees, and especially his caffe latte-to-go for me to enjoy upon our arrival in Kenya after the long night bus. And the cats, Irene and Dan 😻 Thank you!

UGThe property definitely has a nice unique touch to it with regards to how it’s set up. It feels like home. Everyone is so welcoming. Right from the David at the gate, to the receptionist, to the entire staff. Very accommodating, very helpful. I went as a solo traveler but I felt so at ease at those property. Highly recommend.

NLGood atmosphere among travellers,, super friendly and caring staff and all the facilities you want. They have the best shower I had since 2,5 months in Africa! Also nice that you can book tours through them and they can do your laudry, all for a reasonable price. Breakfast is great, dinner too (but a bit pricy). Location is okay, and the staff always helps you to get a boda and make sure you're safe going out and coming back.

AULovely location not too close to the hustle and bustle of the centre. In a nice area with plenty of places to eat nearby if you want to eat out. We ate in the 3 nights we stayed as the food was very good. We stayed in a dome which was very comfortable and full of character. The people who work there are great. A big thank you to James who is a credit to the place and also an excellent city tour guide . Highly recommend Jinja Backpackers
