A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. "Great place to stay!"

This is my second time staying here as I was in town attending the NAMM Show in Anaheim. It’s a great place to stay that is comfortable, quiet, and the owner is really nice. Will stay here again if I end up coming to the NAMM Show again next year.

The location was beautiful

The room was much smaller than I expected. The other boarder snored so loudly that I couldn’t sleep and ended up finding another place to stay. The owner did contact me later that he would move the guests, but it was too cramped for me to feel comfortable.
