"Friendliest Place to Stay with Lovely Views"

Amazing personnel and beautiful location, cannot beat a more centralized location to main tourist attractions AND the Fort Mason Night Market.

The ground floor level, was noisy at night. I prefer the first level room I was in last time. Not sure if it was the water pipes or pump but very loud at night. Startled me during my sleep, otherwise no issues. It’s an older building but well maintained and cared for.

Утром есть бесплатный кофе и чай. Расположение превосходное. Из окна виден Алькатрас, со двора мост GG, Palace of Fine arts. Пешком до остановки минут 5. Минут 15-20 пешком до Пирса 39. Добираться из аэропорта быстро - около часа общественным транспортом с одной пересадкой с BART на MUNI. Сам район отличный - рядом много красивых домов, музеев, нормальный контингент. Персонал дружелюбный. Каждый день убираются. На нижнем этаже большая кухня-столовая, можно что-то приготовить.

Кровати дико скрипят. Если попались беспокойные некультурные соседи, которые начинают копаться в вещах, ходить туда-сюда, то спать трудновато. В спальнях нет розеток - с другой стороны это мотивирует находиться в общей зоне (довольно приятной).

The location is amazing. I felt safe even walking alone at night. There was always staff present, everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the windows is amazing as well, a lot of places to eat and fun things to do nearby.

The only downside is that there are only three showers in each of the bathrooms, so 6 total for women. We were there in spring so it was fine and I never had to wait for a shower. But during peak season I can imagine that there is a line for the showers.
