Green Tortoise Hostel

とにかく安く泊まれる点では良かった。カフェテリアの雰囲気はすごく良い。

施設の周辺ががやがやしており、夜遅くまで出歩いているルームメイトがいるので、彼らの帰宅時間によっては部屋もうるさく、特に水回りもそこまで綺麗にされている感じではなかった。

Cockroaches in my bed, chewed chewing gum on the wall right next to my pillow. The rooms are not up to cleanliness standards at all. I have stayed in other hostels in San Francisco and they have been amazing, this one is NOT. Some of the staff are very rude and have a certain attitude (some are nice). Even after all the commotion about the cockroaches and the chewing gum, they then proceeded to take my luggage from my room after the first night even though I was booked for 2 nights. Overall not a good experience and not worth the hassle

早餐不错，晚上的活动丰富

我住的那间房有一股味道，不过我没有跟前台反映，之前换过一次房间了，青旅很配合。总的来说不错的

Ich hatte nicht viel erwartet aber meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Tolles Hostel mit sehr hohem Social Vibe. Der Common Room auch Ball Hall genannt ist ein toller Treffpunkt um Leute kennenzulernen und zu chillen. Die angrenzende Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer können mittels Handy App geöffnet werden. Das Mobiliar wirkt etwas älter, ist aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waschen kann man auch. Die Betten sind bequem, wenn auch die Matratze etwas knapp ist mit 190. Frühstück ist inbegriffen inkl. Heißgetränken. Die Bilder in den Buchungsportalen entsprechen der Realität :-)

- Matratzen nur 190 lang...passte grade so - Kaffee gibt es leider nur zur Frühstückszeit :-(

Rooms could be a little cleaner

L’emplacement était parfait pour faire une majeure partie des activités touristiques en marchant ! Et était également proche des principaux transports en commun. L’espace commun était vraiment top pour rencontrer du monde !

Located close to Chinatown. A beautiful hall for talking to other travellers and eating meals. Excellent free breakfast including bagels, cream cheese/butter, fruits, yoghurt and juice, etc. Plenty of social events (I had free ice cream on Sunday and free dinner on Monday). Staff were easy to communicate and helpful.

I hope the check-in time (4pm) could be a bit earlier. And I could hear the loud music from the nearby pub at midnight.
