Redhouse Dalat Hotel

We got upgraded to a beautiful room with a beautiful view of Da Lat, had everything we needed and the bed was amazing. We sunk into it, it was so comfy. Greeted by the lovely owner of the hostel who spoke good English and was super helpful. We didn’t see her much but she was contactable via WhatsApp if we had any questions or concerns etc. Pretty close to most important things in Da Lat, we just had a couple of small issues such as when booking a tour we were outside the boundary to be picked up, and sometimes Grab cars would decline

The ONLY thing was that the pillows were a bit high for us but that’s personal preference

La première nuit la chambre était bien mis un peu étroite. J'ai été relocalisé dans une chambre plus appropriée avec une vue panoramique. La propriétaire m'a fourni son aide pour une problème avec Booking.com. L'hôtel déborde de décorations et de toiles de son mari; il y en as de tous les genres.

J'aurais aimé avoir plus d contacts avec le personnel.
