We had a very pleasant stay. Our host was so helpful and kind, our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. The accommodation also had a very cute dog. The location was ideal for us, being close to restaurants and shops, but far enough away to feel more relaxed. Many thanks for looking after us.

Difficult to find the place from main road ( should have clear sign at a few turning points) and very steep to walk to the house with luggage.

The daughter ò the owner is friendly, i am not sure if it is the compensation for the disappointment given to me from her mother.

There was a fraud in this business. The address isn't the same in booking.com and after booking the room, I made a call and the owner said that she didn't receive my booking though i had confirmation from booking.com. Then she asked me what price i had booked and i told her , then she said that the room wasn't availlable and asked me if i could get a higher price 200,000 vnd. It was very late at night so i agreed. My god, the access was a nightmare , so difficult for me, When she showed me the room, it was a room for homestay, not a hotel room as informed in booking,com. It was very late and I had no choice, but very very disappointd. In the Morning when I checked out, I didn't she her but her daughter, she told me that her mother give me another room, Anyway, they knew that they had done a wrong thing so tried to cover it. However, the daughter made me a breakfast and some tea.. I would like to say thank you to the daughter but also booking do something withe the owner for a better and qualified business .

Hosts were amazingly friendly. The location is super close to the center. Hosts recommended amazing places to visit and eat.

The staff are very friendly, nice view from the balcony .It s near the centre lake and super market ( only 5 minutes walking) .Like stay at home.

1, The hostess was willing to help 2. Communication with the hostess was possible in English which was not very common in Vietnam 3. The location was to some extent good, within walking distance of the Xuan Huong Lake

1. Though helpful, the hostess was appeared to be very much money minded 2. The approach to the homestay from the road was pathetic. Straight down without any stair for which, accident may take place any time. even we had experienced a bad fall with our luggage 3. The room was basic, without any proper furniture. Two beds and one sofa were there but not comfortable. May be suitable for solo travellers but not with family 4. The worst part was the toilet. It was so small that, literrally, one had to stand on the WC to bathe 5. Even the stair within the property to go to the room at first floor was so narrow that it was very difficult to climb with luggage 6. The breakfast provided was again, very basic. Bread, butter and tea 7. In addition, there was rat menace too in the room. During sleep at night, one may find a new bed partner which was the case for us.
