Staff were good, room was clean and good location. Felt safe.

The bathroom had no hand soap and no shower curtain so the toilet was covered in water. Toilet seat was broken.

Good location

Room had no windows, but this wasn’t advertised in the room details. There was mold in the bathroom. Very thin walls, you can hear everything in the corridor, even the sound of the elevator buttons.
