Good location and airco. The woman who spoke english helped us with arranging the free shuttlebus to the busstation.

There was no hot water.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite large.

The seating area in the apartment was a hard wooden seat and this area has open lattice brickwork to the stairway and therefore it was very noisy and uncomfortable.

"nice stay"

decoration and style is nice. my room had no window and it was very hot. but an ok room for the price

staff is very friendly but needs (really) to practice english. otherwise it is difficult to help foreign customers. it would be nice if there was a map of the city and the region
