Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The tours were nice, informative and hands on. I’d stay here again.

I’d get a room with a bathroom next time especially in the colder months.

I'm a frequent visitor her +- 15 night P a Upon arrival a new security guard was rude and abusive When I wished to spesk to the night manager with my confirmed reservation the security guard refused me entry yo prove my booked reservation, why the manager could not get out on bed instructed guard to allow me in I was agry and verbal and I wad left with 3 options slept in your car pr drove off some 100 kms intoxicated as dnxy I trady Whet was their customer service No apology no refund asi I are a rehlat customer Sadly the customer is not always sight but how you treat your customers has to be right Overall ranting 0 out of 10 and won't get any any indorsement ad I was literally. Left on the street

A warm welcome from staff at reception and throughout our stay. You can feel the warmth even though we were there for one night only. Tshegofatso went beyond our expectations when she arranged early arrival with ease

The 2 outdoor areas are great for eating, drinking and general socialising. The food is all freshly cooked using local ingredients where possible .Breakfast was cooked in front of us. The double rooms are basic but comfortable and all the facilities are clean, functional and very nearby. Great to have a TV room and free pool table as well as the outdoor 2 outdoors areas. The staff really make a beautiful place exceptional and could not have been more helpful. This place is really integrated into the local community , providing jobs and a kind of drop in for local people who can also use the path through the community garden. My teenagers loved this place and the welcome they received. The tour of Soweto especially.

The only small piece of feedback is that the service that the hostel offer for airport transfers is not competitive with Bolt rates or even Booking.com cost.

The tours are great, also the bar area and lunch.

The place is really beautiful and Nthabiseng was very accommodating and very kind.
