Friendly staff, really clean, space for you to store your groceries, felt safe, chilled music, chilled vibes, easy walk to shops, braai facilities

Only small complaint is that the bottom bunk in the twin room was a little cramped / couldn't sit up in bed. This didn't seem to be an issue in the dorms though :)

When we arrived, the first thing we encountered was a sign stating that the host accepts no responsibility for anything. At check-in, we were asked to leave a (!) bank card as security until we paid a deposit of 100 ZAR. The room we were assigned did not match the one we had booked at all. It was very small, smelled unpleasant, unclean and the door could barely be locked. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many backpacker hostels, but here we did not feel safe at all. The manager was not helpful and didn‘t accomodate us. We left after 10 min.

The duvets and pillows for the beds were not clean, the blankets need to be exchanged as there were holes in it and visible signs of over usage.

Ooooh this is a place to be!!The Name of the Building....Says it All!!! The people there got Ubuntu...The staff and people are so warm,and sweet....We were to check out at 10:am.Yes we did checked out,but continue to relax in one's of their places to relax,No one chased us,....The Receptionist are so warm and friendly I would most definitely...Visit this place again Bukie&Thamzo

Nothing much....The only thing wish they can add showers,Other than that Have nothing I didn't like
