Good location, close to a lot of places

The property is a student residence with a shower that has a 1min type of timer, you have to walk to the showers and lucky to find hot water, wasn’t always hot. The beds were really low with a thin mattress as well.

If you look out the window you can see the Table Mountain which is pretty cool. Also the staff was quite friendly. The place is overall clean, but very basic and you have to climb a hill haha.

It is quite tricky to figure out where exactly to go, they should put a sign on the gate, not just on the wall on the neighboring wall. You have to call for the security guard to let you in. The room looks and feels like a prison cell. It is all grey, there is no bedside lamp, no fan or AC and it smells a bit funny (like paint?). And unfortunately, I got a room which was right above the gate and the security room so it was quite noisy in the evening and at night. Overall not sure if it was worth the money, considering the bathroom was shared.
