Baan Mai Sak

Initially, I booked for 2 nights but then ended up staying for 6 nights. The property is located very near to the popular walking street. There were a lot of good cafes in the walking distance. It is a quiet and beautiful place, with birds chirping in the morning and a lot of greenery. Common room was a comfortable place to sit, work and read from a collection of books there. There were reclining chair and hammock in the garden. Wifi was decent, I took a few video work calls. There was a well-functioning kitchen available with microwave, toaster, tea/coffee, utensils, water, refridgerator, etc. The best thing that I liked about the place was the hosts. It is run by a sweet and elderly couple. The husband speaks good english but wife doesn't. They rent out scooters as well.

Not able to think of anything worth mentioning. May be one thing. The bathrooms were a little old and not as fancy as I have observed in other hostels while travelling in Thailand. But it didn't bother me at all.

Everything about this was wonderful. The owners are lovely, the house itself is beautiful and, despite being incredibly close to everything, somehow quiet and peaceful. There's a kitchen you can use and an abundance of bathrooms. Couldn't recommend more.

Would recommend an eye mask, similar to most places in Thailand the curtains are lightweight.

On se sent vraiment comme chez ces grands parents ici , j'ai été très bien accueilli, les espaces sont nettoyé tout les jours , juste a côté du centre mais c'est un coin très calme. C'est propice a rencontrer des voyageurs calme et posé et ça m'allais très bien :) ! Il a eu la gentilesse de garder mon sac pendant que je partait 3 jours dans un monastère pour mediter ! Encore merci !!

RAS Les lits sont dur mais au final ça ma fait du bien au dos et petit tips si vous souhaitez une douche chaude allez a la douche de dehors !
