Early check-in is subject to availability. If you plan to arrive before 07:00 AM, please book your stay from the previous night to guarantee a room. Private rooms are designed for two guests only, and the property is unable to provide extra beds or mattresses. Dorms are gender-specific (Mixed, Male-Only, or Female-Only). Please check carefully before booking, as the property is unable to provide refunds for incorrect selections. Guests must bring their own toiletries. Free WiFi is available (up to 2GB per user per day). If you need more, additional data will be charged. The café is open 24/7, so you’ll always have access to food and drink. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Please note that alcohol is not allowed on the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. All rooms, including dorms and private rooms, are strictly non-smoking. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces, so if you’re bringing a vehicle, please contact the property in advance. The property cannot take responsibility for vehicle safety or belongings left inside. Please note that pets are only allowed in private rooms and not in dorms. A maximum of one pet is allowed per room. Pets will incur an additional charge of INR 500 + GST per pet per day. Heaters are available on request for private rooms only. For your convenience, lockers are available. Please use them to store valuables. The property is responsible for lost items. If you lose a locker key, a replacement fee of INR 500 + GST will apply. The property uses digital door locks that work with a smartphone app (iOS/Android). Please ensure you have a smartphone to access your room. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, unlawful activities such as gambling, drug use, and illegal trade are strictly prohibited.
