Thank you so much to the staff for their kind and trusting attitude; they were so helpful, they even gave me their key. I really appreciate that. My room was so big and informative. If you're a lover of geography, you would like it; there were maps everywhere. You can enjoy and learn together. Love from Armenia. 💕🤗

They refunded me

I checked in very late after midnight. I’ve been transferring from Nuremberg to Munich, to Rome, and to Bari in one day and there was no shuttle bus from the airport. It was a tough day and when I finally arrived, someone else was sleeping in my designated bed. The light from the lobby was disrupting everyone in the room so I had to go out and sit in the kitchen to think what I should do since the reception is closed until 10am the next day. I also asked for a towel in advance but it wasn’t there (or the girl who was sleeping on my bed took it? Idk). Until the staff came in at 10:10am, I was not able to wash, eat, go out, but just sit in the kitchen again. Gratefully the staff apologized sincerely and let me check out immediately and helped me get a refund for the next night.

It is a cozy place in a peaceful neighbourhood within 15-20 mins walk from major locations of the city. The staffs were very nice, kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds, there are room heaters for winter.

All was ok. It’s an old building, so there is no noise isolation.

Nice, clean and comfortable hostel, close to every thing.

Two nights somebody seamed to have been left without a place (bed). First night a young lady was sitting in the kitchen with all her lugage not knowing wat to do, couse her bed was taken by somebody else. The other night a woman was sleaping on the sofa in my room (Asia) all night. Had no bed she said. Strange! Make sure you check in before 18.00 otherwise you may be left without a bed.

Absolutely loved the hospitality of Bojana and the other staff! She went beyond just showing around the property and addressing any questions. Bojana took great care of my itenerary and suggested the best ways to get around the city and nearby day trips to Polignano a Mare and Monopoly (which are stunning!). When it comes to facilities, you've got everything you need, from clean bedding to fully equipped bathroom and common areas (fridge, microwave, coffee, etc.) to hot water and plenty of space to pack things. I've also met some of the most interesting travellers during my stay there. So definitely the best value in Bari!

Initially I had a bit of trouble with figuring out how my ePass entry works, but the host jumped in to resolve it quickly.
