The atmosphere is amazing, people are always making plans, there are dance classes, and you have a great time.

On the other hand, you don't get a good night's sleep; the beds are uncomfortable and there's a lot of noise from the guests.

El Havana es genial. Desde el alojamiento, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia hasta muchísimas actividades de baile. Estás en Cali y no te puedes perder unas clases, jaja.

Aunque no está en el barrio de Santo Antônio, que es el más turístico, está cerca y tiene todo lo que necesitas cerca (barrio de Miraflores).

The salsa lessons are good quality, nice terrace, its cool to have separated wifi connections on each floor, the shared spaces look good, comfy hammocks, staff is nice and friendly, coworking space available for free with dedicated connection, bathrooms are ok, its located on a safe ara close to many interesting points, the coffee/bakery on the corner is superb and damn cheap, if you wanna workout there is San Antonio Park and Smartfit nearby is $10 a day.

The bunk beds are crazy wobbling, had to wear earplugs because the fan is loud but must stay on the entire night due to high temperature, no water filter available meaning unnecessary waste of plastic and money. FYI walking around the hostel and the San Antonio area is super safe and connects you to the river and everything else, while walking to the other side of the highway should be avoided specially at night.
