"Not very happy at all"

It was very cold and damp. Couldn’t get the heating work. It was very dirty in places and under the bed and the shower wasn’t clean. There was a big crack in the shower on the wall.

No warm water, steps were treacherous no TV have to rent a towel, which would have been useless when there was no warm water to bathe with.
