Rock View Hostel Ella

The location of the hostel is perfect with everything in walkable distance. The host Sandaru is amazing and very eager to help.

The bathroom for the 10 bed dorm isnt great.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The reception area in particular is very nice. The location is perfect, just on the main street. And the views are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend it.

Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Wasser aus der Leitung ist gelb-braun, der Abfluss des Waschbeckens ist kaputt, Wasser rinnt direkt unten Kasten raus. Gruppenräume könnten besser gereinigt werden (Spinnweben im Badezimmer)

Het hostel ligt centraal in Ella. Super fijn, zo kan je gemakkelijk naar alles toe. Het hostel ziet er netjes uit, aardig personeel en een fijne centrale ruimte

Well located close to the restaurants and shops. It has private parking, which was ideal for our rental tuktuk. We met some fantastic people at this hostel. Good view of Ella rock and sociable outside seating with tables and beanbags. Generally clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Hostel is able to provide cold water and beer for a fee.

It's a double room in a hostel - bring a padlock to lock the door. Power outage during the majority of our stay in Ella. We decided to was our laundry elsewhere as we couldn't find any staff.
