Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het hostel, de kamer en de badkamer waren zeer schoon. De locatie van het hostel in de Frauenstrasse is prima.

Een groot minpunt is de gehorigheid. Als andere gasten zich na 22.00 uur niet rustig gedragen ondervind je daar last van, zelfs met oordoppen in.
