Location is excellent, private shower is convenient, the fact that the property is in a basement is probably a good thing nowadays.

- The room was right beside the common area with a tv, which can get fairly loud (there is a curfew from 23:00, but sometimes one might want to fall asleep earlier than that). - Having a private shower is nice and all, but having a sink with a mirror would be even better.

The hotel for the moment is full of ukrainians. Lots of comunication. Also, its in the cellar - a safe stay during the war. Everyone is very friendly. Its safe - I could leave my vallet on my bed and my pc in the loby. It is very, very clean and tidy. As a bonus I got my loundry done for free. And the location is the best! Glory to Ukraine!

For some moments we were without electricity and wi-fi. But in these times you have to travel with a torch. But it was for really short moments.
