Value for money is the first thing to praise. Second is its exceptional location, just a few hundred steps away from one of the three main Kyiv Underground interconnections («double stations»). It's also located in the basement and therefore considered safe(r) during the air raids. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

Well, one can expect better cleanliness and ventilation.
