"reserving via Booking and double-confirming by phone, but upon arrival, no reservation available!"

Reserved via Booking.com, then double-confirmed the reservation via phone, however when appeared at the property been told that they don't have any reservations whatsoever, they work on the first come first served basis and the only available option is the more expensive double-bed room option.
