"Awful volunteer from Argentina (I guess)."

The location and presence of a kitchen. The volunteer from Colombia was polite and nice.

At 3am one volunteer (I think from Argentina) was speaking very loud in the dorm room. When I politely asked him not to shout, he gave an aggressive look and said that the space was shared. Indeed because it's shared he shouldn't be waking up everyone. And who does he think he is? He is 10kg of muscles lighter than me. Does he think he is tough?

No te dejan dormir en la noche por las fiestas en la terraza. Guests will party all night almost every night at the terrace and won't let u sleep

"Door lock not working and multiple people opened the door through the night!"

If the lock worked and we didn’t have multiple people enter, everything else was good.

The door lock wasn’t working and three times we had people open the door to our room. I didn’t feel safe for myself, my partner or our belongings. The fact it was opened a few times means it wasn’t just one attempt by one member of staff either.
