Reservamos algo e quando chegamos entregaram algo totalmente diferente, muito desorganizado, péssima limpeza, quartos com muito mofo, a experiência foi péssima.

Minha experiência neste hostel foi bastante negativa e, infelizmente, muito aquém do mínimo esperado para uma hospedagem. Os colchões estão extremamente desgastados, praticamente sem qualquer condição de oferecer conforto ou descanso adequado. É evidente o estado avançado de uso, o que torna a noite de sono bastante desconfortável. A situação do banheiro também é preocupante. Além de visivelmente sujo, no dia em que me hospedei o ralo da área de banho estava entupido e havia retorno de fezes pelo encanamento, o que é totalmente inaceitável do ponto de vista de higiene e manutenção. Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi o ventilador, que estava coberto por uma camada de sujeira acumulada, indicando falta de limpeza por um longo período. As cortinas também se encontram em péssimo estado, praticamente se desintegrando, o que reforça a impressão geral de abandono e falta de manutenção. De modo geral, o local demonstra sérios problemas de limpeza, conservação e cuidado com as instalações. Pela minha experiência, o hostel precisa de melhorias urgentes em higiene, manutenção e substituição de itens básicos para oferecer condições mínimas de hospedagem.

The hostel itself looks nice and well designed. The atmosphere is good, and the volunteers are very friendly, and genuinely helpful. They really try to assist with anything you need, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the owner’s behavior. On my first night, I discovered that the shower in my room was not working. The next morning, I asked to cancel the remaining two nights of my booking because of this issue, but the owner refused to refund the money, and in general seemed like he's not really concerned about the situation. After some discussion, he agreed to let me use a working shower in another private room. However, in the evening, while I was in the shower, he suddenly started knocking very aggressively on the door and demanded the key that he had given me earlier. The situation felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. I believe the real measure of a place is how problems are handled when things don’t go smoothly. Unfortunately, this situation was handled poorly, and I left extremely disappointed. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
