Guesthouse Kazenowa

The experience with the whole family and even though we had a language barrier it was one of the most memorable nights for us. Everything is spot clean and the rooms nice and cozy.

Very friendly hosts in a new construction but traditional Japanese guest house. Excellent dinner with the host family including their three children.

Room was a bit small and a little claustrophobic. Breakfast was very basic. Heating for the room was an extra cost.

There is no famous tourist's spot, But a heartwarming century side cottage with kind owner's family members' assistance/participations. One of the best for just relaxing and walking around in their village and fishing in the river just in front of the guest house.

Nothing special. When hot spring bath can be available, it would be supper.

it's located in Asahi Vil, beautiful mountain with streamlet nearby. Not difficult to visit as they provide pick up at Shiojiri train station. Owner (Wakuw and Ayano) who's switch their city life back into nature are so kind and give us very warm welcome. there is a camp ground nearby and we can have a short walk amidst the nature scene. if required. they can provide you breakfast and dinner that you should try as Wakuw San was a chef from Tokyo who back to nature life.

Caffe con cornett by myself would be fine with me. No breakfast anticipated. Quiet remote isolated location brings me off circumstances.

No option for breakfast nor dinner, but I could enjoy meals with using their open kitchen with my brought foods & drinks at a cozy dinning. Newly build quiet lodge by a small river, which could be nice field for Fishermans. location is very local and not convenient; thus, they have a fewer guest even over weekend. I7m saying it is nice and fit with me.
