The host – who will be living with you! – is an former social song writer, who travelled a lot and has some interesting stories to tell. So if you are single and under 20 years and you want to be educated by a social preacher, you might enjoy the society of him in the tiny house of only 30m², where you share a common toilet, tiny kitchen and all hi private things, of course under his rule and control. Dont be confused by the house description: it is false. Pino, the host or “manager” is the 77 year old man, who is going to live with you and – if you are unlucky as we were – also with another 7 people more... he never travelled the eastern europe countries, but set up the house rules in exactly the way people from eastern europe had experienced: all is for the guests, but I will decide who and how will use what... so if you like this type of lessons: go on! But dont be scared to be abused with vocabulary like: "f..k off!, shut up you bas...d!, all americans should be kil..d – even the good ones!, go away or I sh..t you!, be quiet, its 10.00 PM o`clock!, put the light off! You should go to bed and not speak, I want to sleep! Your father is a bad man!..." and so on. So for youngsters, who need this kind of survival training or adrenalin experience, I can recommend the forced “freedom” from your luxury and normality under the leadership of an experienced guide. Big brother also smokes in front of children and guests (even during breakfast or dinner...) – of course without asking. You have to understand one thing: We guests are entering the privacy of a person living there. There is no privacy for you, but the private life of the host is omnipresent: you enter and disturb his world, his daily regime, his kitchen, bath, toilet and living room – and he is defending it.

Unbelieveble, that we came voluntarily to such a strange house of horror. Arriving at 22.00 we had to stay, yet all my family wanted to leave. We booked 2 rooms, but the host welcomed us: “you are five persons, so you can all sleep in one 6-bed room with another guest.” I asked for the second room we booked and the host got angry, because he sold the room to somebody else: “there is one room. take it or leave it, I didnt get any money from you!”, we called booking.com to find a solution. Now the manager started to disturb my phonecall. He put the light off and shouted: “be quiet, you are not allowed to talk after 22.00, I want to sleep!” But Booking helped fast and called the host. At 23.30 he came in our room – of course without knocking, because there is no door – and said: “you can use also the other bed.” And he granted us our second room from the next day. Next day Pino came again with new limits: “Dont cook meat in my kitchen, because I am vegetarian. I dont like the smell. Otherwise I will chase you from my house!” Our kids were traumatized, by the eternal presence of “big brother” and his abuses: my son brought our salami from the host`s fridge. He was scared and told me: “put it away, or he will k..l you!” One hour later our host shouted on us to remove our things from our second room, because of new arriving guests (“take your things out and f..k off,! You have only five beds, not two rooms!”). We showed Pino, the host, again our receipt for 2 rooms. Then we got the same scenario like the day before: Pino invaded our room and put off the light, when he heard me talking to booking.com. It was a nightmare: our kids were hiding in fear under the bed, so that the old man might not get them when he returnes in the night... next morning, before we left, to our big surprise the host opened his hands and asked for contribution! My “No”, was answered with “f..k off”. the same happened to our kids, while saying ciao...

The location itself was beautiful in the Tuscany countryside, one of the staff members was super helpful and kind

Pretty dirty and bad smell that sticks to your clothes. The dorm was super messy and also the bedroom of the staff members (three men). The owner was an interesting person with quite a personality. If you are a female considering staying here, please book the private room, as you will probably be the only guest there. I still recommend you to find another, we were pretty uncomfortable the whole time.

The bed was comfortable and clean. It was the only thing that was clean.

Everything was dirty, very dirty. The smell of smoke in the house which settles in the clothes. The host was moody and conflicted with his neighbours, scolding them as they passed by. Missing closets to lock things in, it is necessary in a dormitory. Could go on with a lot. Just have to conclude that even at 13 euros per night it's not worth the price, amazingly enough.

Staying here was the weirdest but the most mrmorable experience of my entire trip. The owner, an old songwriter, is someone very much worth meeting and talking to. And you can have beautiful hikes in the Toscany countryside.

Come here if you want to live an unforgettable experience!!! house is an art gallery with the garden full of dogs cats donkeys and turtles😅 , pino is a very interesting person. have in mind that house is quite old, animals are allowed to be inside but if you love animals (like me) is no problem. Food is tasty , place is very calm and quiet , people are great. will come back !!! thank you Pino and Aurora
