The Carillo family is super friendly and I talked with many of them through my stay. I extended also for several nights, because I liked it so much. They helped me organize trips and even put my phone in rice, when it had moister in it. Thanks again for this! <3 All in all an amazing experience.

The shower is not that great and the toilet itself has no sink, so you need to go into the shower room to wash your hands.

Amazing budget guest house! The family that owns Carillo is truly amazing! Would definitely stay here again (and already did a few extra days) next time I'm back in Coron. The family was very nice, they were always friendly and ready to help and when I had to leave early to the port they dropped me off and even got some breakfast

There are a lot of roosters, so they might wake you up in the morning. This is however a general thing in the Philippines

humble little place in a great location, sure. But truely made our experience in coron a million times better. The family who runs Carillo are some of the nicest people I've ever met. The owner went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our trip was perfect. I highly recommend you stay here if you want to have a great time and support a local family.

The hospitality of the host

No warm water, but not a huge issue

The owner was really really kind and helped us with a lot of things. Each bed has a small fan and there is AC at night so it’s comfortable.

Nothing was bad about the establishment
