O hostel é lindo e bem confortável, camas ótimas!

A comunicação com o hostel não foi muito simples. Tentei entrar em contato mais de 15 dias antes para reduzir um dia da estadia devido a um problema com um voo. Não me responderam.. acabei pagando um dia a mais. Quando chegamos na estadia, tentamos negociar para converter o valor em alguma refeição e também não foram flexíveis. Não são obrigados, mas seria gentil da parte deles pois tentamos entrar em contato com bastante antecedência. Se tiver problema com o voo, saiba que não permitem alterar reserva!
