Great location, charming rooms, helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

The location means that it can be loud(ish) at night, during the festivals in June but the staff gave us earplugs on check-in and it didn’t disturb us.

The space is so peaceful. A haven in the middle of a bubbly noisy city! The room was charming with a little balcony over the streets. We appreciated the gorgeous courtyard to enjoy breakfast in the mornings and on our last day before taking the bus (after checking out). The highlight was the staff: Hector and Frank welcomed us generously, gave us great recommendations and made us feel at home! We miss Terra Sagrada already !!

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre à 5 min à pied du marché et de la place centrale. Si votre chambre donne sur le jardin, c'est magnifique mais il faut mettre le prix. Le personnel est aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

J'y ai sejourne 2 fois, la première avec une agence et c'était parfait. La deuxième fois 2 nuits avec booking, beaucoup moins bien. J'avais pris une chambre, la 211 avec salle de bain partagée. Cette chambre ne donne pas sur le jardin comme inscrit dans l'annonce! Elle a un plafond commun avec la chambre voisine, ce qui fait qu'on entend tout et on a droit à la lumière du voisin. Ce n'était pas noté non plus. J'ai fait la remarque et j'ai eu droit un à mail d'excuse déjà préparé. Les toilettes communes ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours et les poubelles non vidées également, c'est à revoir en sachant qu'on ne peut rien jeter dans les WC. La toilette des hommes est restée bouchée 2 jours. Il s'était trompé dans la réservation de mon taxi, heureusement ils ont pu en trouver un autre rapidement. J'imagine coups de mal chance pour moi...

Our room was freezing but was provided blankets. Was locked out while they were cleaning the back area waited about 7 minutes to get inside. Our room had very creeky floors so not the best. We had to use a physical lock to close the doors so weird key to take with you when out.

The hotel staff was very attentive to the various needs. The rooms met the expected requirements at the price point and it can be nice to feel immersed in the old colonial house.

We didn't really like the breakfast. It's very convenient and it's okay if that's what you value but you could miss the Cusco food scene.
