Positiv war, dass die Bettwäsche sauber war und die Lage für unseren Zweck in Ordnung war.

Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Im Zimmer gab es Schimmelstellen und aus der Dusche kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Die Dusche wirkte ungepflegt und unhygienisch, wodurch wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Lautstärke auf den Fluren war störend. Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir, dass auf unsere Hinweise zu den hygienischen Problemen kaum eingegangen wurde und stattdessen immer wieder nur mit dem günstigen Preis argumentiert wurde. Ein niedriger Preis rechtfertigt aus unserer Sicht keine mangelnde Hygiene.
