員工很熱情，積極處理問題

一進去房間，棉被明顯泛黃，後續跟櫃檯反應後，馬上提出更換房間 隔音很差，外面聲音聽得很清楚，半夜還被狗叫聲吵醒 床墊跟枕頭偏硬
