White Rose Hostel

The location is easy to get to, the bathroom was spacious, and the rooftop terrace was very nice to cool down a bit due to some wind. The hosts were very helpful and friendly :)

I think a seperate toilet would have been nice, also the rooms are not airconditioned, though possible if you pay an extra fee. Slept with open window with fan which was fine, but the location can be a bit noisy with open windows:

Ein modernes Hostel mit allem was man braucht. Im Zimmer gab es ein Ventilator und gegen eine Gebühr konnte man auch die AC benutzen. Das Bad war neu und modern. Außerdem fand ich die Rooftopbar mit etwas Sportequipment super! Lage war auch gut, alles war fußläufig erreichbar

Sehr zentrale sauber Unterkunft. Sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer.

Die Gastgeber waren überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Sie standen mir mit Rat und Tag zur Seite und waren daran interessiert, meinen Aufenthalt in Kandy so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Zimmer, sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber.

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und die Besitzer sehr lieb! Wenn ich in Kandy bin, komme ich zurück!:-)

Great quiet hostel in central location, was just passing through Kandy for 1 night so was great for that. Rooftop area as well. Great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Mir hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen um mir zu helfen. Sie haben mir viele gute Tipps gegeben.

The place is really nice welcoming and most it’s CLEAN! Do you have a nice rooms rooms with locker AC and ventilator. The toilet is shared, but still really clean! And they also are super welcoming and willing to help you for any trips around Kandy! It is highly recommended!!

Only stayed one night but the place is lovely. It's so clean and has hot water (rare for Sri Lanka). The owners dad was there when I was there and was so nice. Made sure I got the right bus to the gardens and that I saw everything in Kandy. Also made sure I took the hostel number in case of any issues. He was very sweet! I meet the owner when leaving and he was really nice too. The rooms are comfy and each bed has a plug and light. There is also a roof terrace you can use. Best place to stay in Kandy.
