Awesome location, nearby to everything including the kandy lake. Host was wonderful

I didn't like the bathroom, it was smelly and had to go down one floor to use the washroom. Room was okay but could be hot with no fan

It is located in prime location, many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to tooth temple, lake and culture center. Basic facilities and clean. Host is very nice and offer suggestions on sightseeing.

Should have more fan in the room. Luckily the room is big, so it won't be too hot.

Not for the Solo Female travelers. Some drunk men twice come to my room where I was alone. I had to say 5 times “go away”, I was so scared. Owner is drinking with his friends. Very dangerous place.

Manoj is a wonderful hostel owner. Provide to you everything you need to make yourself feel confortable in his space. I really enjoyed the stay there.

Room just next to main road, noise from car, people talking at late night and birds. If you can bear the noise, it could be a good choice. No fan, no A/C.

There is one thing I like in this place, it's just the location, which is center of the city and a close to the kandy lake and temple of relics,

Too noisy for me as its close by the road where you can hear so many vehicles passing by and in the night the sound of karaoke is just nearby. If you don't plan to sleep, this place is okay to keep your stuff but if you need a full rest after sightseeing, not a place for you. The place has no fan, so it's a struggle.
