房间干净，大厅宽敞，交通便利！

Good location, check-in possible even without staff, facilities are quite good, clean and well maintained.

Staff can decide to not come, so you have to check in even without staff, even if you need to provide extra information or pay (which I had). Also checkout times mentioned everywhere are different: 3-10am, 8-10am, exactly 9am, exactly 10am. That is very confusing. I had to check in and check out without staff to leave at 8am, leave money and copy of documents for them in the room. No idea what I would do if I had a shared room. Also without staff you have no option to refuse paying for amenities like towels, even if you don't need them. Should be just included in the fee in the first place, or use a dispenser.

気楽に利用出来たが、隣に音がしないか気になった。

室内にゴミ箱がない。水道施設もない。

Infame los “colchones” apenas un edredón de 2 cm a modo de colchón , sobre una superficie de madera. Lo peor en 10 años de residencia en Japón.
