Clean place and staff is nice but the guesthouse lacks a bit of good energy or soul... Mix dorms contains around 20beds... and the door opening system is quite noisy, so better not get a bed at the entrance.

The staff was so rude.they are western mean girls . They were so insensitive to my mental illness . The beds were hard as a rock . Check out time is too early. They say one thing and mean another. There was not even an outlet to charge my phone on the top bunk. They charge for towels. You should hire Japanese hospitality because they are way more friendly respectful and will actually help you when you need help reaching out to somewhere japanese for your next destination. This place was a rip off for the price and felt like a slap in the face

Everything other than the staff was good. The location, access and all other things were good.

The staff is not nice at all, especially the young german guy with blond hair. When i asked if I can move my bed to a lower bed, he said he really cannot do anything about that. But when another german person arrived the same guy was asking him, if you didnt like your bed, I can move you to some other bed, I can swap it in the system. He thought that I cannot speak German and that I wouldn`t understand what he is saying or what?? He was the one who scanned my passport, he should know that Austrians speak German as well :D Other than that, they spoke very racistly about other nations with other people, not considering about the feelings of other guests. Come on if you work there you should be more sensible about the topics you speak.

Locatie is fijn, goed bereikbaar

Het kamerslot maakt veel lawaai, het is een electronisch geval dat elke keer met toeters en bellen open en dicht gaat, je ligt met meer personen op een kamer dus dat is afentoe wakker worden

Solides Hostel, mit super Lage. Ruhig gelegen, aber man kann vieles fußläufig erreichen!

Der Schlafsaal war recht eng, wenn viele große Koffer oder Rucksäcke drin waren, es gab keine Schließfächer im Schlafsaal selbst, sondern nur unten im Gemeinschaftsraum. Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Aus dem Abfluss am Boden in der Küche hat teilweise sehr gestunken …
