A recepção foi acolhedora, gentil e atenciosa. Fui recebido com muito carinho e profissionalismo desde o momento em que cheguei. A localização é excelente, próxima à praia e com fácil acesso a restaurantes e atrações locais.

Não tive nenhum ponto negativo a destacar. Tudo correu muito bem durante a estadia.

Localização ótima, ambiente excelente, limpo e acolhedor. No geral é uma excelente opção em Ponta Negra

Senti falta de lâmpadas individuais na cama. Os colchões poderiam ser um pouco mais firmes (talvez estejam gastos).

Su Staff todos muy amable, mi maleta no llego en el aeropuerto y Roberta, Marcela y Mara me ayudaron a conseguir ropa. Roberta me llevo a conocer y siempre fue muy linda conmigo. Marcela también siempre muy amable. En general todo el equipo muy amable, Douglas y el gerente también super amables. El hostal estaba muy limpio, me gustaran las habitaciones y tiene una amplia cocina y un patio. Ame SOUL HOSTEL.
