Olive Hostel Dongdaemun

Perfetta! Centralissimo, due fermate da Myeongdong, due fermate da insadong. Con la fermata della metro Dongdaemun a 20 metri! Comodo, pulito, accogliente, camera spaziosa. Se tornassi a Seul prenderei certamente di nuovo alloggio qui!

Loved this little hostel, its in dongdaemun which is not as touristic as myeongdong or hongdae, but still has many malls and cute little alleys and so many restaurants around! This hostel is just behind a shopping mall with starbucks next door. Subway is close too, easy to get around everywhere. The room is super small, but for me it was perfect, becaz I did not spend my time there, I left in the morning and came back in the evening to shower and sleep. In the room you have everything you need; comfy bed, shower, tv, aircon, fridge, slippers. Shampoo and hair conditioner felt amazing in my hair! Common areas included little kitchen and terrace.

The walls are thin, so wear your ear plugs!

Чисто, уютно, кондиционер который работает и холод и тепло. Много розеток, есть одноразовые тапочки. Есть небольшая кухня, с кулером и микроволновкой. Все чисто, тарелки на кухне как новые. Холодильник большой на кухне. Как идея для хостела - можно добавить пакетики чай, кофе для гостей. Электронный заезд/выезд. Анна всегда на связи была. Можно было оставить чемоданы у ресепшен после выезда и мы погуляли 3 часа ещё до самолета, но имейте ввиду что место у ресепшн очень мало. Есть весы для чемодана, это удобно. Кровать большая, удобная. Метро близко, район хороший, есть магазины.

Нет больших полотенец, только маленькие. Душ в душевой, шланг идёт сразу из крана раковины. Такого я нигде не встречал, было не привычно, но мы все-таки привыкли😁 Места в номере да маловато, но на фотках это все видно заранее, поэтому для нас это не было сюрпризом.

・エレベーターがなく上の階だと大変 ・壁が薄くて話し声、階段を上り下りする音、ルームキーをかざす音が丸聞こえ ・ずっと下水臭かった ・安いので仕方ないがとても狭い。キャリーケースは広げられない。 ・寝るためだけに利用するならOK ホテルでゆっくり休みたい人には不向き

It's very easy to get to from Incheon airport, either by airport limousine or by train/subway. Very close to the DDP and just a few minutes from Dongdaemun history and culture park subway station exit 8. Anna was extremely helpful and answered very quickly to any inquiries. Although the room was very small, it had everything you need and the space was used nicely and conveniently. Easy check-in and just overall a nice place to stay for a few nights. Very nice that there's a kitchen and a water refill station, a lot of attention has been given to small but meaningful details.

The only complaint I have is that the budget 1-person room was extremely small, it barely fit me and my luggage. It kind of felt like sleeping in a closet, and the walls are also very thin as you could hear people packing and talking in other rooms.
