Oasis hostel

Fantastic host, super awesome guy with great vibes and great recommendations, Facilities were pleasant to use, beds were nice and comfy and clean and equipped with AirCon and lockers. Not a long walk from the City Centre and located in a pleasant area with cafés and grocery stores a walk away. Overall fantastic vibes, lovely hospitality and great atmosphere. Great value for one of the cheapest locations in Split.

Charging ports were in a bit of an uncomfortable place making them a bit of a pain to use and the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent (very minor issues).

The location is great, beaches are c.a 10 minutes walk away, all the necessary supermarkets are right there, city centre is c.a 25 minutes walk. Room had AC, I liked the curtains on the bottom beds, the lockers were very roomy and window had shutters so you could make the room really dark for the sleeping time. For the price I paid for one week it was good.

The place in my opinion was not clean at all. I stayed there for one week and the girls bathroom was getting dirtier and dirtier and no one cleaned it. Same with the floor in the room. Workers didn't have communication with eachother and when I came back in the hostel on my first day I had a surprise that one other girl was in my bed, luckily we could sort it out by ourselves because no one answered the phone. For the people who have cars, there is no special parking in the hostel, it is public street parking and often all the spots were full and needed to find parking somewhere a bit far on another street. There is no common area for chilling, only small reception area with one couch.

The staff is amazing, I felt like home, the beds are super comfortable and the AC is amazing as well. I would highly recommend to stay here!

I liked everything

Friendly and helpful staff. Small kitchen but with everything you need. The bed was very comfy. It is in a quiet place, 20 min from the city center and 10 min from the beach. The owner was really nice and gave essential information about the area and what to visit in the city. Supermarkets in surroundings.

One of the bathrooms doesn't have a bolt. It should be fixed.

Great place. Great price. All You need is there. The staff is kind and helpfull. You can experience true Croatian hospitality 😉
